Retro works : 2008 -2009

            
These works explore a return
            to a more symbolic, minimal method of painting using acrylic
            paint with hard edges and strong illusions. The first work, 'Kanawinka
            Conjunction' was produced in response to an exhibition titled
            'Layers of Meaning' that was held at the Riddoch Gallery
            in Mount Gambier after field work and research into the volcanic
            origins of the area.
